Information you provide
When you submit a contact inquiry, the form asks for your name, work email, organization, selected topic, and project context. The form is intended for initial business inquiries; do not submit confidential project, security-sensitive, or personal information.
How the information is used
Submitted information is used to review and respond to your inquiry, route it to the appropriate SANPEC contact, and maintain a record of the business communication where appropriate. The production form endpoint must be configured with an approved secure delivery provider before launch.
Cookies and local storage
This redesign uses essential local storage to remember visual theme and cookie-choice preferences. Optional analytics are disabled in the preview. If analytics, marketing tools, maps, video platforms, or third-party services are introduced, their purpose, providers, consent basis, and controls must be documented here.
Sharing and retention
Final policy language must identify approved service providers, internal access rules, retention periods, security controls, and any legally required sharing or disclosure practices. The preview does not assert a retention duration or compliance certification.
